In 2024, we launched our annual Expansion offering which saw us believe for
even-greater, expanding and enlarging our vision, continuing in 2025 with 65 individuals from Reside partnering with Expansion.
Throughout this booklet we will celebrate what we were able to see achieved in the last 12 months through God’s miraculous provision for us.
In 2026, we have a heart to build as we join together in faith and in practice to see God’s kingdom expanded. This comes from the Nehemiah 4-6 where we see God’s people join together in perseverance, prayer, with integrity and putting trust in God’s providence.
It is our earnest desire that through our partnership with Expansion that we will
see a continued growth in our capacity to reach our city and beyond with the
Good News of Jesus, as well as continuing to strengthen our partnership with missions partners, locally and globally.

In 2026/27, we’re believing to see our church partner together to give $120,000 to see God’s Kingdom expanded.
Who can partner with Expansion?
Anyone can partner, in fact we truly hope that everyone does (singles, couples, and families with kids and teens) by actively choosing to pray and give in faith as we join God’s mission. It’s a wholehearted commitment: to join in building the Kingdom, God’s house, reaching our city and beyond. Your commitment is powerful however you contribute.

How do I prayerfully consider?
Click to read more informationWe use the phrase “prayerfully consider” a lot, and it can sound foreign if your are new to faith, or new to Reside. It simply means bringing the decision to God before you make it, rather than working it out on your own.
Five steps to help your prayerfully consider;
- Pray – asking, without needing the right words (James 1:5)
- Listen – give it a few days; a number that arrives slowly is usually one you can keep (Nehemiah 2:12)
- Discuss – decide together if you share finances (Proverbs 15:22)
- Plan – “what is actually possible over the next twelve months, not what sounds impressive”
- Decide – This is between you and God, and there is no wrong number (see 2 Corinthians 9:7)
